With coronavirus becoming pandemic, many students located in Canada will be going through a tough time. But, the government always looks after the well-being of every person located in Canada. Therefore, by identifying the capability, international students can work full time if they are employed for an essential service.
To meet the COVID-19 crisis, the government released a statement suggesting how Canada has removed temporary regulations of working only 20 hours per week. While the classes are going around, the government said that the students can work for more than 20 hours. This new measure will be applicable until 31st August 2020.
This particular change will apply to the study permit holders only that ensure critical condition in health and security. Here is the list of sectors that falls under the critical infrastructure.
